Parker Environmental Consulting Services, LLC (PECS), is a Veteran Owned Small Business, based in Virginia Beach. The owners are Brian Parker and Karen Kruebbe. Mr. Parker is a U.S. Army and Virginia National Guard veteran and has 33+ years of environmental engineering experience. Ms. Kruebbe has 30+ years of environmental engineering experience. PECS is a full-service environmental consulting firm specializing in hazardous material surveys, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, due diligence, environmental management, environmental sampling and analytical testing. Analytical testing is completed by National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) and American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Environmental Laboratory Approval Program (ELAP) certified laboratories with Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) support.
